SLOTTED PERFORATIONS

We have an extensive tool stock for slotted perforations, starting from w × l = approx. 1.2 × 12.5 mm, almost any slot can be made. The running direction of the slot in the sheet metal must be taken into account, should the slot length run parallel to the sheet metal width or parallel to the sheet metal length.

For physical reasons, we recommend that both the width w and the web (the remaining sheet metal between the holes) are larger than the sheet metal thickness. If you still need smaller hole diameters in thicker material thicknesses, please ask us, we have special tools for certain constellations.
